"1st experience was great, thorough and right size. second time, their sizing was way off. they said i was the same size and i was not. donated some bras and the last person said we get $$ off for donating and they just took these. love their bras but they clearly don't understand how bras fit."

"First time there and now a lifetime customer. Their products are very well made, feel amazingly soft, and they're WAY better and cheaper than that other store with pink and black. Also, Ebony is how I wish all retail assets were. She helped measure me and then made sure I was taken care of. All the employees were actually nice!"

I want to make sure I let the managers know who I was dealing with cause I didn't catch the names of the 3 employees but this is EXACTLY what customer service should be about! It's so nice to walk into a store and be treated like you matter. Also, I knew I was wearing the wrong size bras for quite awhile, they measured me and my new bras feel amazing. Great job girls!!"

I went in just for a fitting a few years ago and walked out with properly sized bras that were the most comfortable I'd ever worn. I don't buy bras anywhere else now. I love this store!"

"Visited for the 1st time a couple months ago, store was closing in less than 30mins. Store mgr greeted my daughter & I at the door and politely explained they were closing earlier(due to covid) and they had to be closed by 7p, and was interested in helping us find what we needed but they had to close at 7p due to hour restrictions (due to covid). Not only was the manager training a new hire, but she was VERY attentive to our needs, in fitting both of us, and bringing several suggestions and sizes into the fitting room. It's been a LONG time since I've seen Customer Service this Excellent. The manager gained a new customer with her expertise and great service. Will definitely be shopping here again."
