"I was told by a sales rep that my couch would go on sale soon. I was also told by another sales rep a week later to go on the email list because my couch would go on sale at some point. It's been 5 months and everything else has gone on sale accept for the couch I wanted. So, I decided to go purchase it today. I was lied directly to my face again by a 3rd sales rep. All 3 were kind and respectful. However i was told that the couch I wanted was being sold for almost double the price at value city furniture and Ashley. I went to value city and they were selling it for $200.00 less than the price I paid, plus they had it in the style and color I wanted. I was told the style I wanted only came in one color at American Freight. Do yourself a favor and save your money. Go to somewhere where you won't be lied to, by multiple people."
