"I took my family there for new years eve which was supposed to include food for all five of us. We got enough for one person which we were supposed to share between five people. They did not have Napkins, enough salsa for the chips, and ran out of the full size pizzas by the time they got to us. They could not make regular food because of the back up caused by the special event. We went to macdonalds to eat. In past years, they did a buffet. What was confusing is the number of tables around us with real food in real portions. They should have planned better."

"We did our daughter's birthday party here and the staff was very attentive and amazing. They were constantly checking on us to see if we needed anything, refilling our soda pitchers. I would highly recommend them for a party and we will be back."

"Had several problems with pin reset and retained bowling balls in the back. But the people were very nice and helpful. It might have just been the lane that we are on. With several open lanes I was surprised they put us up against the wall... Overall we had a fun time, just a few hiccups..."
