"The first dislike was that they frequently try to move up their afternoon patients because of cancellations which makes it almost impossible for a working parent with a child in school. The second dislike was that they never returned our call for an ER follow up. The third dislike was that It took three weeks and five voicemails to reschedule an appointment. The final straw was that when my husband and child arrived for a scheduled 4:30 appointment at 4:15, they found the office was locked up and everyone was gone! It was not until later that we realized they had TEXTED me while I was at work saying they needed to move our appointment up four hours "due to cancellations" (which we never would have been able to do) and instead of trying to call even once or ensuring we received the message, they left for the day! Absolutely unbelievable. I do not recommend this practice for a working parent unless you plan on last minute changes and extremely poor or absent communication."

"The dentist and assistance are awesome. The scheduling is completely ridiculous. As if we were all stay at home, parents that have nothing better to do but switch around our schedules. To threaten me with a $35 fine Per child if I don't cancel appointments but they can call and change and cancel appointments at any time with 0 notice."

"Stay as far away as possible. Receptionist are very rude, don't listen to what you are saying and try to talk over you. 2ndly If your child has an emergency and broke a tooth in half and needs sedation they think 3 months for them to do it is acceptable. Save yourself and your kids a headache and pain and find a better Dentistry!"

"Absolutely love this office! Second time coming here and the kids enjoy the office set up and the staff is absolutely amazing. Especially the lady at the front desk I wish I remembered her name she was amazing and patient with me when dealing with our insurance even watched the kiddos why I went to the restroom a few times! She is amazing face to see when walking in."
