About the Business
Discovery Zone is a fun and exciting play center located at 4601 Eastgate Boulevard in Cincinnati, Ohio. Children who are potty trained can enjoy the large playscape for just $14, while those who are still in the process of potty training can play in the ground level play/toddler zone for $5. Adults can join in on the fun for just $2. Please note that there is a 2-hour time limit for guests in the Eastgate/Florence locations.
At Discovery Zone, you can trade in your tickets for a variety of prizes, from slime to sour candy. If arcade games aren't your thing, you can also purchase prizes directly from the case for your little one to enjoy. For children in diapers or pull-ups, the toddler area is available for just $5.
If you're looking to host a birthday party at Discovery Zone, a $75 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and time. The party room is available for 90 minutes, and additional time can be booked for $50 per 1/2 hour if no one is scheduled after you. Party hosts are free of charge, but additional adults attending the party are $2 for admission.
Please remember to bring socks for playing in the toddler zone and on the main playscape. Children in diapers or pull-ups are not permitted on the main playscape, but can enjoy the toddler zone and soft block play areas underneath. Coolers with ice are not allowed, so we recommend bringing insulated totes with freezer packs for drinks. Food can be brought in, as we do not serve food at Discovery Zone.
Before children can play, waivers must be signed by a supervising adult. Please note that no alcohol or spitting tobacco is allowed inside the facility. Any damages or excessive cleaning in the party room may result in additional fees being charged to the card on file.
Come and enjoy a day of play at Discovery Zone, where kids can have a blast in a safe and exciting environment!

"Edit 2-20-24 - I spoke with the owner, and she was very nice, and apologetic for our experience. She made things right, and I appreciate her taking the time to listen to our side of the story. We had my granddaughter’s 4th birthday here. While this was our first time here, and definitely our last, here are a few things I would like to say about this place. First, the staff... Chelsey was very rude to a number of people in our group, as well as so disrespectful to her coworker (Ashley). She lacks professionalism. Instead of answering questions correctly, or being kind to the guests her answer to everything is she will call security, and get your stuff and get out! She was really bad representative of this company! Ashley, however, was very professional, & treated customers with respect, & helped to resolve some issues that Chelsey created! We found the facility to be clean. There is not a restroom inside. If you need to use the restroom you need to go out into the mall. If you are having a party, please make sure the room is big enough. They only do seating for the children; this is according to Chelsey. If you are planning on having food, there will be no place for the adults to sit & eat. All food must stay in the party room!! Unfortunately, our experience here was not a good one. This could be a really fun place for families to take their children, if the they could just get rid of the staff that treats their paying customer so poorly."
"We’ve never had a problem before and the staff were great. However I picked a live bed bug off my daughter and we left. Told the staff and all of the people there. Just check your clothes and shoes before you leave/get home. The staff seemed to call someone but did not say anything to us or offer to give us our money back (we had just got there)."
"The ladies that work here are amazing and so friendly and caring. Brought my kids here for a birthday party my daughter got coughing to hard and ended up getting sick. I managed to get her to a trash can in time and one lady immediately brought her some paper towels a second began looking for a hair tie to hold back her hair. They then asked if she needed/wanted water sprite or anything. Then brought her a sprite. They really went above and beyond the extra mile, they could have ignored us as it isn't their problem my child was getting sick but they didn't. I will definitely be bringing my kids back and would recommend this location to everyone I know. Also thank you to you ladies you don't know how much I appreciated your help it meant so much."
"It’s fun. You can bring your own snacks and drinks, and it’s relatively inexpensive. It’s clean, bright and being inside the mall is fun for the kids. You can also come and go so that’s nice, as well. I know kids who are not potty trained are not allowed in the climbers—but as a mom who grew up in the 90’s during the Leaps N Bounds era—I think this is probably what prevents these places from getting shut down by the health department. Those old tunnels used to be filled with fecal matter and bacteria! I imagine it’s just very difficult to sanitize this equipment. At any rate, it’s nice to have an option for my kids on bad weather days."
"Great for kids of all ages. Even better on the wallet! All day, kids play pass for only $14! The staff is kind and helpful."
