"To start off let me just say this if you're looking for a daycare where you can just drop your kids off and be gone all day!! This is the place where you would want to go. There are many children that are there without parents supervision and bunch of young workers that "don't care at all " There is no doubt that the park is pretty amazing and fun place for children to be at. After attending a birthday party there last year we discovered a new place my children loved. So we decided to get a membership. Through out my visit there I have noticed same issues "young employees" poor management. I had an incident that occurred yesterday February 24.2024. The incident didn't directly involve my children but my children were witnesses to the incident. My 8 year old son and my 5 year old son witnesses another kid getting bullied by 2 grown kids and the result was that the other child was left with bleeding tooth due to getting punched in the face. After my son asked for employees help in this situation an "young employee" was having a 15 minute conversation with the bullies. There was no parents to address well atleast that didn't happen. After the teens were addresses about the incident they laughed about it and kept mocking the employee. Literally after mocking the children were in line the whole time to get on wipe out bouncy area and they did continued to play as if nothing happened. At the point I took the initiative and re assured my son directly that "IF ANYONE DOES THAT TO HIM, OR BULLIES HIM FOR NO REASON.. THAT HE CAN COME AND LET ME KNOW DIRECTLY AND I WILL HANDLE THAT SITUATION NO MATTER HOW OLD THAT CHILD MAY BE" It is unfortunate that I had to say that to my child directly as he witnesses no consequences were properly taking towards those children and as a MOTHER it is my JOB to reassure my children that I am here and I will go to war if I have too. I WAS APPROACHED BY ASSISTANT MANAGER Valerie B. "first thing came out of her mouth was "did you make any threats to a child".. That is not how you handle these situation. You are more worried about what I said directly to my child that an employee overheard. Rather than handling the situation that actually happened!!!! where is the reassurance to the child that he is in a "SAFE ENVIRONMENT"?????? Where is the management that claims she took care of the incident but yet nothing was taking care of.. I could care less how offensive my comment was to my child directly my job as a parent is to reassure my child that he is safe and that there is an adult there that will step up and handle it if needed. I don't see this place lasting too long specially due to frequent incidents. POOR Management, Lack of safety ...."

"If I could leave a one star review, I would. Just got here for my son sixth birthday party and they double booked it don’t have a room for us even though we paid for it. My two sons are autistic and like to run away that’s why we paid extra for the room… they’ve been looking forward to this for months talking about it nonstop, super let down. When we got to the table they said we as ours it still wasn’t cleaned off from the last party and ours was to start in 3 mins… lack of responsibility and effort..don’t waste your money or your kids feelings!!!"

"My son had a great 9th birthday party this past weekend. We wanted something simple but organize, and stress free. That was exactly what we got. All the staff was knowledgeable and they day of all interactions were great. They setup and tear down everything, you bring as much as you want and they help accommodate. The price was very reasonable too."

"Took my son and nephew here for something fun to do after school, and we had a blast! I signed up for the monthly membership where we can go 7 days a week for 2 hr jump times daily.. On Mondays, they can bring a friend for free, and parents can jump for $2. What a great deal!!!!"

"My son had a blast!!!! He got invited to a friend's birthday party. There were about 20-plus kids invited. Check-in was smooth, Excellent customer service, and my son got to burn lots of energy and have fun with all his friends. We will be visiting again soon. Thanks, Altitude!"
