"My therapist helped me with a practical matter above and beyond. He was on time, drove me places and paid for some meals. However ended up not feeling like he REALLY cares, so what good is that? I'm giving them another try. Maybe I will get someone who can and will help me for real, with a heart."

"Have been off my psych meds on and off ONE AND A HALF YEARS (prescribed in the same city, that nurse retired) and since then in constant fight or flight chest pains waking up shaking and sweating and hyperventilating and throwing up thinking about going outside unable to function eat sleep, leave the house or even attend, family, dinners including my own. They told me I was getting a psychiatrist and the woman on the phone was a therapist that was very triggering and I completely shut down I saw a very good caseworker And then my phone broke and she stopped coming. I was told that there would be a three month wait longer to get medication from the six months it took before that for me to work up the courage and call so I don’t know how I survive that I am barely hanging in there and I am praying for everyone that’s going through something like this and I hope that he gets very service , I would recommend going to a smaller facility for sure"
