"I went to this Kids Foot Locker yesterday around 6PM and was absolutely disgusted by the customer service. I went in to exchange a pair of shoes. I wasn't really greeted at all and when I was eventually acknowledged two of the three employees were basically nonexistent. Only the male employee seemed even remotely interested in working. He did help me, although he didn't seem to know much of anything. I wasn't even able to return or exchange my shoes after being in the store for 30 minutes. I am pretty much writing this review because I think these girl employees need to be fired. They literally hid off in the area where the Nikes are and were talking nonstop. I asked one of them if they had a shoe in a size 6 and she looked at me said "UMM…" and looked over at the male employee and waited for him to answer then walked away and continued to talk. While I was in the store other customers came in and the male employee (who was on the phone trying to figure out my order) had to point to the customers several times and wave his hand just to get the girls to go do their jobs. The one employee the same "UMM" girl that spoke to me went over said "How ya'll doin? Can I help you?" They said they were just looking so she just walks away back into the other room and continued to goof off. I didn't see the other girl do A SINGLE THING the entire time I was in the store. I'm writing this review in hopes that someone sees this and deals with these two individuals. In the half hour I was in there about 8 customers walked in and the boy was the only one to deal with any of them. These girls should be fired immediately. In a time when jobs are hard to come by- paying people to screw off and be rude to customers is an absolute joke to me. I think I'm also going to call and complain about them that's how angry I am."
