"This place needs shut down. Just read the negative reviews. Mine and my family's experience was very negative. You will be lucky to be seen by a doctor who cares. She acted as though she would rather be anywhere else than helping my 6 year old. Then my spouse went in with severe covid complications and they took her vitals, confirmed she needed seen asap, then left her sitting in the waiting room for 4 hours. We went to soin and received better care."

"My daughter (5 years old) was seen February 7th and I was told she just had a virus and to alternate motrin and tylenol like I was doing. The staff (1st shift) seemed to be in a big rush and didn't think testing was necessary. I pushed for covid and flu test and they agreed to that but both were negative. I went to get a second opinion for her and she has been hospitalized with strep and pneumonia ever since (it's now the 12th and there's no end in sight when it comes to being discharged) she is on oxygen and hooked up to IV fluids and antibiotics. I won't waste my time here anymore considering it could've been deadly and the fact that they couldn't even recognize something as simple as strep let alone pneumonia that is filling her entire left lung."

"I took my daughter there 2 time within days of each other for them to keep telling me there is nothing after her having a fever for 2 weeks. Told me Tylenol and ibuprofen she will get better. I took her to children to find out she has pneumonia. On top of that all doctors and RNs make you feel like you are a bad parent telling you that you should have done this or that and give you a look of disgust. Then I took my son in today he also has pneumonia they gave him infant medication and his main symptoms was a really bad cough and gave him nothing for that. When I call to ask about it the lady said you left he’s no longer a patient there is nothing she can do. I can’t believe how bad they treat people here please do not take your kids!!!"

"I sat in here for almost 3 hours which, whatever. I get it. But I at LEAST expected to know what was wrong with me before I left. I didn’t get that at all. I saw the “doctor” for less than 5 minutes and not only was she short, and rude, she had absolutely no bedside manner. I waited almost two hours for three different swabs that took 30 seconds to do and then another 45 minutes for a nurse who was very rude to come in and tell me to basically go home and take some Tylenol. I had serious concerns of strep and a ruptured eardrum and I left with no answers. This is absolutely unacceptable. I wouldn’t take my worst enemy here. This is not a hospital. This place is a joke."

"After sustaining a laceration on my head I realized I needed treatment when it would not stop bleeding. I chose to go to the free standing Mercy ED in Enon and had a great experience. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, registered and taken straight back to a room. Two nurses came in and talked to me immediately and made sure I was comfortable while taking my vitals and assessing the situation. The doctor on duty was kind and concerned, she told me I was in need of sutures. She talked to me while doing the procedure to make me feel at ease. The ED was incredibly clean, the staff was friendly. They got me fixed up and out the door ASAP. I would definitely return if the need arises."
