Although I was told someone would call me the following day with test results, I did not received a call. I made a follow up call and was told the doctor on duty would call me but he did not."

"The MA was rude. The doctor spent maybe 3 minutes in the room with me. The MA opened the door and said “are you waiting on something”. Maybe for someone to tell me the visit is over? I spent $60 on a co-pay to be treated like a nuisance. I had to ask the receptionist if the doctor was sending a prescription and what was his diagnosis. It’s like they forgot about the patient, but not my insurance information. Don’t waste your time, go to a satellite ER."

The doctor was pleasant and easy to communicate with. All told I was at the facility for about 30 minutes."
