"I’ve had to come here a few times, I have several chronic illnesses. I’ve always been treated with the absolute best care, except for the last time i went. i came in with severe stomach pains, bloody diarrhea, vomiting, and i was completely blown off. the male nurse there, was absolutely rude. couldn’t find a good vein, because i was dehydrated, got mad, was sighing and huffing and puffing. didn’t use gloves once. yanked the tourniquet so hard off my arm that it jerked my body. completely unprofessional. i got better care at Springfield Regional, and that says a lot. i will never step foot back into this hospital because of this one experience. i was completely uncared for. i didnt get any relief or further testing. they did a few simple blood tests, said i was fine and sent me on my way. i was in springfield regional less than 12 hours later and got better care, and was taken care of."

"As nice as the people are, the wait time was horrible. I will update this with a higher mark if service improves. Update, with the help of the doctor there, I was finally able to get my father an appointment with a specialist after trying for 3 wks and none of them calling me back. For that I'm deeply grateful!"

"They got me in very quickly. Had a diagnosis and was sent for surgery quicker than any other ER. The whole staff was very friendly and accommodating. I can't say enough good things about them!"

"I am not going to lie and be absolutely rash. When I had sliced my thumb in the middle of making dinner, I had to chose between Springfield Regional, which was closer to my house, or go to Enon ER aka Dayton Springfield Emergency Center. I have to admit, I wasn't disappointed, at all, by the service I had received their as a patient. The rooms are spacious, the people are gracious, and everything is State of the Art, kept up to current specification in safety standard. Oh, and there is some local art/photography hung on the walls there. I am a photographer, I am a nerd when it comes down to that. The folks there are as gracious as you can get. When I was asked if I needed anything, I asked for a cup of water, they looked at me as if I was crazy, but they got me a cup of water, is that something to cheer over, not really, but it was awesome. If I had to recommend D.S.E.C. or Springfield Regional Medical Center, I have to say D.S.E.C. takes my recommendation."

"Had to take my 7 year old there and my wife stayed with her while I went back to work for a few more hours. After discharge they made them wait outside in 24 degree weather until I was able to get them which was almost 2 hours. Never use this hospital. They don't care. All they care about is a paycheck and not diagnosis. They said my daughter might have a UTI and maybe something viral. No straight answers."
