"Typically have a good experience here. I swear at one point they had tablets for you to fill out info on but it seems to have went back to paper. I hadn’t been in a while so I had to redo the paper which was fine my issue is my PHI/PII being exposed. I gave the front desk person my paperwork and said I would be right back to find another insurance card . I was gone for about 5 min or so two people Came in after me. When I came back in my paperwork was sitting on the counter exposed to the entire office. My social name phone address was on that paperwork and just there for anyone to look at. I asked the lady if my info was sitting there the whole time I was gone and she said no she had put it back out there cause she knew I was coming back in?? I’m confused as how did she know when I was coming back in ?? And even so why just leave it out there for anyone to see and copy Down . My identity is compromised at this point and it sucks that more proper handling Of my information wasn’t taking care of. Definitely wouldn’t come Here again knowing that, that’s how they treat peoples personal information. I hope no one wrote down my information but I guess I’ll never know."

"After hearing about Dr. Shaffer for YEARS from several people, I finally went to see him. I definitely see why everyone RAVES about him and his staff! What a genuine person, highly skilled, funny and did I say skilled? I suffer from a LOT of neck and shoulder pain that cause intense headaches. I have been seeing Dr. Randy for a couple of weeks now (6th visit scheduled for this week) and I can tell a big difference in the tightness of my neck and my pain level.
