"We went for my fiancés wedding suit & 7 groomsmen. One groomsmen had to return 3 times for alterations. They never called my fiancé to let us know when his suit was in so he could be fitted for alterations, we had to initiate all of the communication or they were full of excuses as to why we haven’t been contacted yet. The 3rd strike was one of the groomsmen was sold the incorrect color pants & of course did not realize this until the day of the wedding and it was too late to fix anything then. If you feel like micromanaging a suit shop up until your big event I suggest you go elsewhere."

"Sales people are uppity and unhelpful. From purchasing to fitting, the entire process has been a pain. My suit jacket needed altered, called this afternoon to check on the status, was left on hold for 20 minutes. Hung up and called back, waited another 10 minutes to be simply told it was done. Will do everything in my power to never have to purchase from this Jos A. Bank again."

"I've stopped in twice to attempt to purchase a wedding suit at this location. The first time I was told I am coming months too early. The second time today I was told it was a good time to suit shop but the sales person kept getting distracted and going to other customers, even though we arrived first and wanted to try on suits. He also kept recommending to look online for sales and was very reluctant to let us try on any suits. We eventually left after being there for 40 minutes not having made any progress with our suit shopping."
