"Horrible customer service and manager make me wait 20 minutes. Quality of clothes is very cheep lots of clothes have hole in it got 2 tops one had hole in it second top after one wash came out so many threads and shrink so bad. Policy 30 days but if we find out about the hole after 30 days while wearing and wash after 30 days Nordstrom is responsible for that to sell us cheep quality and damage clothes. BEWARE THERE QUALITY IS VERY CHEEP!!"
