"Called ahead of time to check stock on a Patagonia jacket, to which my wife was informed that they do not have any Patagonia jackets in stock. Decided to stop in since website showed multiple sizes and styles in stock. Found jacket I was looking for and tried to have them price match Patagonia’s website to which I was told that there is a max of 30% off price match policy. No where can I find any info about this price match policy. Very disappointed in this experience."

"An amazing place to wander and check out cool gear and clothing …. however the prices are way too expensive vis-a-vis Amazon and other places. My usual strategy here is I look around and check stuff out see what I like and then I scan it on the Amazon app and then end up buying it either on Amazon or somewhere else for much less money. I wish this wasn’t the case but their prices are a little bit out of control. Every once in a while, I might actually buy something here, but it is very rare these days."

"My husband recently ordered some activewear through DICK'S Sporting Goods online. He decided to pickup our online purchase at the Legacy Village location. When we arrived to the store, I don't think we even made it ten steps inside the store before we were approach by a Dick's associate asking if we needed assistance with a pickup or finding something. I informed the Dick's associate that we were picking up and he immediatedly got the necessary info from us and went to retreive the order. My husband then decided to look around for more activewear while the associate located our online order. While my husband was searching for more items in the men's department, I went on an exploration journey in the massive two floor showroom of mesmerizing awesomeness (coming from a chic who cares nothing about sports). I was extremely impressed with the wide range of merchandise Dick's offers. They even sell fishing licenses ($10 Seniors, $19 Ohioans). Unfortunately, my husband brought my exploration to a halt when he summoned me to meet him at the register (Awww Mannn!). I had fun just exploring the store; the store associates were courteous, helpful and friendly; the store was clean and well-organized; and the prices were reasonable (especially in the clearance sections). In addition to our pickup, my husband and I made another purchase to end our visit to Dick's Sporting Good. Overall, we had a great experience during our visit at Dick's."
