"Well, when I walked in I was greeted with a smile by a most beautiful receptionist. She was kind, courteous and professional as she checked me into the system. Her instructions were clear and informative as to how to use my phone to complete their questionnaire. It was not long before I was called for my drug screening. The same professional courteous attitude continued at their station in the back. I was concerned my urine looked a little dark. She informed me it was probably that needed to drink more liquids. As it turned out; he was right! Great experience."

"Was not acknowledged when the receptionist was right in front of me. Acted like I didn’t exist. Coworker had to remind her to acknowledge people when They are at the counter . Waiting over 7 days for results . When I’m positive I’m clean. I don’t do drugs of any kind. What I was told was my sample was probably not shipped right away as it should have been"

"Everyone was very helpful and so nice! The wait time was not as long as they had told me it would be when I first came in. The rooms were very clean. The staff was very efficient and explained everything in detail. I would definitely recommend this Concentra Urgent Care."

"Waited over an hour, while watching MULTIPLE employees pick up my paperwork, read the first page, and then return my paperwork to the pile of patients needing to be seen. Then multiple nurses try to draw my blood, they continued to blame my hydration status rather than just apologizing for missing/blowing my veins. I’ve never had trouble with my veins in my life. The only redeeming factor is that the employees I dealt with were nice."

"I was in and out. It was clean and quiet. The ladies there were very helpful and very friendly. They seemed to enjoy their work and enjoyed being there. The lady that did my screening chatted with me for a second and wished me good luck with my new job. Overall the were awesome!!"
