"We had Dr. Jonathan Ross as his surgeon. Did a fabulous job and explained everything well. My 1 year old sons pain was managed well. We were treated with respect even when i was getting frustrated because we arrived at 810 and surgery was scheduled for 830 and didnt start the surgery until 1030. Our post op nurse Delicia was my FAVORITE.( Dont get me wrong all the nurses were amazing) she made sure james was comfortable, had snacks, was playful, and just overly caring when another nurse came to help she told her to not bug because she wanted him to wake on his own...❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ her. Hopefully the hospital reads this review she should recieve a bonus. She is what makes me want go return for any future surgery needs."

"I'm sorry but I will never take my child to this location again. twice now she has been scheduled for surgery. we starve our 1 year and arrive on time only yo be told 2 or 3 hrs after waiting they can't do any procedures because of maintenance issues. first day was no oxygen second was they smelled smoke and couldn't locate the problem. don't get me wrong I'm all about the health and safety of my child but this is ridiculous if this is a reoccurring issue with this facility it should be shut down and appropriate repairs should be made before they are allowed to schedule any more procedures at this location I know it is not the doctor's fault he is a wonderful man highly educated and I trust him with my daughter wholeheartedly but this location is ridiculous and for a facility and a company like you which hospitals to have this kind of facility in their circle of buildings is ridiculous they make enough money off me every year to make sure that buildings are properly maintained"
