Cleveland Clinic - Therapy Services Westlake - Pediatrics

"Im giving one star since i cant give zero. Literally all of the staff are super judgemental and have this "i am better than you" attitude. My nephew was coming here for speech therapy for about 9 months and seeing Amanda, who we did like initially but when my sisters car ended up in the shop for over a month (its foreign and the only guy close to her who works on them takes his good old time) so we had to cancel two appts in a row...the following week when we showed up for his appt we had to wait up front for over five mins cuz the receptionist was around the corner gossiping with someone. We were at the front saying Amandas name (her room is just about 20 ft from the front desk) and she wasnt coming out. When a receptionist finally decided her job was more important than gossiping she came from around the corner and said my nephew had been removed "for attendance" and that they sent a letter....???? No phone call???? Amanda sent him to an ENT for surgery to correct a few things that would help his speech so six weeks after the surgery she decides to kick him out for TWO missed appts and just hid in her room while we called for her from out front??? Couldnt come out and talk to us????? Yeah everyone here is super stuck up and definitely thinks theyre better than everyone coming in there for help. Heaven forbid anyone ever has any car trouble, it must be nice to be so perfect!!!"

"Been going a year and a half. Every single person that I have encountered is kind. They know and care about my child. We have worked with multiple therapists and my daughter loves them all. Those who handle scheduling are accommodating, professional, and helpful. Wonderful place."

"My 3 year old had a temper tantrum leaving therapy, all the receptionists kept looking at me like I was a bad mom and giving me a disgusted look. Especially the guy. Judgmental staff."

Was told visits were covered, but then was billed $1262 for two visits, each less than an hour (oh, and PT was late for both). Thought it might help to get medical therapy for elbow pain, but received nothing I didn't already see on YouTube. What a joke. No help with the bill, and absolutely no need to go. Self serve on YouTube will get you the same thing and obviously a better deal over $600/hr!!! That billing is crazy. Good bye Cleveland Clinic..., finding another provider."
