"I purchased a mattress and a bedroom set. I will receive next week. I am disappointed that I was sold on the mattress and the importance of the mattress protector but was not given any information about the warranty after I paid... even when I directly asked. I was also rushed through signing multiple different pieces of paperwork. I guess what I am saying is that I wish the salesman would have put in as much effort informing me about how to claim the warranty, if need be, and the paperwork, as he did "SELLING" me the actual stuff... Uncomfortable. I hope the delivery process goes smoother."
