"I haven't actually been inside Arby's for yrs. I use the mobile app and pick-up in the drive thru. Fast, easy, no hassle. *If you plan on eating immediately be sure to ask for napkins-they never add. The condiments I would specifically ask for also, they are hit and miss. Sometimes there, sometimes not."

"We placed an online order. The lady at the counter was very sweet. The older lady with very short hair came around the corner being very rude and rolled her eyes. When I asked about my order that did not concern her and we already had things handled. I am very polite to fast food workers because I work in the food industry myself. It’s sad to see people treat customers with little respect especially when being very nice. I hope she has a better day. Or finds a job not dealing with people."
