"Good food, more expensive than ever, but it's still good. Only issues are with how some things are rather messy (sauce everywhere), needing to repeat myself once or twice, and I have had multiple things outright missing from orders."
"States they have Delivery but everyday during breakfast hours they disable delivery until lunch. The management team will bold face lie different excuses. The owners do not respond or care for that manner. Wish corporate would step in and do something."
"Use kiosk, that was okay. Easy to use. Food came quickly. Bic Mac was put together very sloppy. The burger was literally half on the bun. Dbl qt pounder is so dry. Extra pickles means you get 4 pickles. Light on ketchup means they only put enough on to stain the bun that color. Fries were hot and not to salty."
"This is very circumstantial, I had my 3yo daughter inside to go to the playplace. We were inside around 9:40am. We got breakfast and ate in the truck before then. I asked about when the play place opened. I was told 10. I waited the better part of half an hour telling my daughter to please be patient and we had to wait for the play area to open. I asked at 10am when they would open it and they said 11. I am more displeased with the fact I had to take my daughter home because they were too F-ing lazy to go unlock it for us to play on a Sunday morning."
"The play area is really nice. I have gotten the wrong food at least 6 times now. Every time I call as soon as we open the bags. Then they tell me we can come and get it corrected. They never offer me anything for the extra time and gas it takes to go back for them to fix their messes. The manager never offers an apology. They just act like it's an inconvenience for them. Well, 1st of all, I didn't cause the problem."
