We don’t have babysitters so we brought our kids and they had a play center for kids. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone in pain who wants to get better."

"ZERO STARS......First I want to say that about 2 years I got WONDERFUL service from this group and was BEYOND happy with how they helped with my knee pain. Moving to today, This group has become greedy and very pushy. I went back to them for back pain and thought that maybe with insurance some services would be covered and my out of pocket wouldn't be crazy high. I was WRONG. They wanted me to pay $200 a month for 18 months. I was already tight on funds and working 2 jobs to keep the lights and a roof our my family. I agreed, yes, I did on 12/6. After looking into my coverage and speaking to someone at this location I felt that I was paying way too much for the treatment. So on 12/7, I called the office and cancelled all services. Keep this in mind, I already paid money down on 12/6. Fast forward to this past weekend, I woke up to them taking $200 from my account. Remember, I cancelled all treatments and hadn't been back to this group since 12/6. So I email them on a Saturday (yes I know they aren't open), gave them a call on Monday around 10am, called them again on Tuesday at 9am. Both times leaving a voicemail for billing because NO ONE answers EVER. Here is it 430pm on Tuesday and still NO CALL BACK or email. This to me is VERY shady and leaving a VERY bad taste in my mouth. I even told everyone about this group and had others receive treatment. Not any more. I will NEVER recommend them or even speak their name. DO BETTER!"

"The Neck Back And Knee Center is full of some of the most kind and professional people I’ve ever met. I have scoliosis and one morning I bent down to get my shoes out of the closet and I was in so much pain I was in tears. My husband wanted me to stay home from work. The people in this place helped me immediately and I know I will continue to benefit from what I learned from them. I cannot say enough nice things about them."
