"The staff are friendly, but their radiography technicians MUST speak to a doctor before taking any x-rays. Otherwise they're billing for items that the doctor has not ordered. This is exactly what happened to us. Their customer service is no help with billing enquires. We're exploring legal representation. Will never use U.C Health again"
