"I called this store and the key hold manager Ken was very unprofessional and rude. I then asked for a manager and that manager was RUDE! I understand that a store may be busy but there is always a professional way to speak to someone when the store is busy. I have a predominant circle of people and am a big influencer of products and I will NEVER recommend anyone shop at this store. However, called the Dayton Mall store and Angie was TOTALLY professional and willing to assist. Never call or shop the Fairfield Common Shoe Dept Store."

"This gets 5 stars for carrying smaller adult sizes. They were the only store of which I'm aware that carry several options for the transitional sizes between kid's and women's sizes (women's 4 and 5) which most brick-and-mortar stores pretend don't exist. Otherwise, decent selection of mid-priced popular brands."
