"This is the last place anyone should ever go to get their blood work done. My dermatologist has been waiting for 4 weeks to get the blood work from them. They have called them every day for 4 weeks and so have I and they do not, and will not answer the phone. Nor do they call back when they request that you leave a message. The fact that I paid for these labs and yet I can’t get the medicine I need to get better should be malpractice. I hope this place gets shut down for running such a shady operation."

"I went to the Middletown LabCorp today and had the best phlebotomist EVER, I think her name was Renee! Not only did she do a great job, but her manner was over the top. She was super friendly and explained everything she was about to do to my kid, who has never had a blood draw before. She got him to sing twinkle twinkle little star, and before he could finish she was done! This lady is truly an asset to your company. November 8, 2022 I was there."

"Revised: showed up after lunch. No wait. Couldn’t figure out the kiosk. Little lady working was super nice, checked my order, made sure my insurance info was there, and seen me in a jiffy. My toddler was near me the whole time and sat in a chair watching his show. Very smooth the second time around Original post: Showed up before 4pm , although the closing time is 12am online, and they closed their door. Refused to open or acknowledge my knock on the door when you could clearly hear them inside. Worse Labcorp location ever!! Rude, and no work ethic!"
