"I've been Using circle k For a long time . I have a memory problem. I Paid for my gas and I forgot to pump. So I call. They tell me that they refunded it, not to me. I go in after working ask about it the guy oh yes it timed out do you have receipt I did not but I knew exact time I was there he pulled up receipt. You have to come see manager the manager was off for holiday weekend.l9ng story short she checked said someone pumped it thecrecipt disappear. I said you workers found tim and the recipt was put on desk.her answer he is not the mananger i am. Mind you i use ,used this place everyday.i help service fleet of vehicles min 500 a week in diesel fuel. I said mam you need to make this rite. Well I said if you don't I will quit using this place and go across to speedway. Her answer go ahead. I now use speedway.i wonder how many she had told that to. You mam are the rudest person I have ever dealt with in position of authority I hope you had fun with the 20 this was 5 months ago and still on my mind."

"Sold me a t-mobile card with no pin number and wouldn't give me my money back. Shame on you! This happened on Monday and now it's Thursday night and they still won't give me my money back. They just keep saying the manager isn't there and they will have the manager call me but so far nothing."

"Terrible store. Bad customer service. Never open . They literally closed up at night they should shut all the lights off gas station lights off so people dont waste their time pulling in and instead go across street to speedway. The only advantage to going to circle k is the chime ATM machine. Other than that I dislike going there. The people there are rude. They are going to lose a lot of customers."

"Why even have employees when you force customers to use self checkout...... takes way longer and takes away a job. "There pop machines always mess up. The employees are rude. Specially, in the morning ones. The store manager is not great. She always runs the store the wrong way. I miss the old store manager that one was very nice and kept the store caught up. Circle K need to check on this store because they are not doing the greatest.
