"Ordered my food with my coworkers today. My chicken was barely cooked at all, it was completely slimy inside. My coworker was so upset that my lunch was ruined that she called and they said they would reimburse me for my meal. Then when she went to get my refund they said sorry, can’t do it corporate has to approve. I have been getting lunch here often for 8 years. I won’t be goi go back though."

"I love a few of the servers here who do a wonderful job. The morning manager has much improved his customer service since I first started frequenting this restaurant 10 years ago. Always check tour orders when doing a ToGo as everyone is human and is capable of making mistakes (even you). I used to serve for 16+ years, which makes me want to have great service and "on point" service at that. There are very few servers that I find who do an "on point" job, but the morning servers here get my 50%+ tip most visits."
