"Our female waitress stood around talking for 15 minutes before coming over to get our order. We tried getting her attention but she decided the counter needed to be held up more than helping her customers. Talked to the manager and he comped a meal for our issue. I’d rather pay for good food and good service than get a free meal. I’m all for having fun at work but what about the customers?"

"We had a big family gathering here to celebrate couple of birthdays. The service was top notch, the servers were quick with getting the orders and then making sure the food is out in a timely manner. The quantities were quite impressive and the place itself is very beautiful. Would recommend this to anyone who is Ohio local. Great place for family get togethers."

"I am very disappointed today with Carrabba's. I have been going to this place for years. Always had great food. There was a special today with jumbo lump crab meat and shrimp linguine. My bowl was filled with linguine, 4 shrimp (very easy to count only 4), and ZERO CRAB MEAT. None, not even 1 piece. But we were charged the same price. My companion ordered Rigatoni, which he gets every single time we visit. This time, it wasn't enough Rigatoni to cover the bottom of the bowl, but it was also the same price we are always charged. I am very disappointed in Carrabba's this visit. Makes me not want to go back again. You were always one of my favorites."
