"I visited this store not once but twice today because of the friendly, helpful, and supportive staff AND the amazing deals. I had such a great experience and was able to get a lot of really cute clothes and save money!! I want to specifically point out Bri, she is awesome! Very down to earth and real, she helped me pick out most of what I bought and find every size I needed!! This store was very clean and organized as well! Overall great experience 10/10 would highly recommend!"

"Im leaving 1 star, because I don't have and there is no other option for zero. The Aeropostale buying online and returning items to store policy are B.S., just because of size!!! Wow! Update: I called Aeropostale Customer Service and the representative confirm that they don't have return policy at stores for the size in this case for XL. For the Manager or Team Lead at the Strongsville store, shame on you for the poor customer service. Have a nice day!"
