"Delaney should be fired from her job. If this is who you have representing your brand your brand has taken a nose dive. I have been a loyal customer for years I only wear carhartt boots. I had a discrepancy with a pair my wife bought me for Christmas. I brought them to the Westlake store thinking I would have no issue. Delaney was SO RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS. I can not believe you have her as a manager of all positions. When I went to leave Delaney and the other 2 girls started audibly laughing out loud that I was upset that my issue was not begin resolved and begin told I was a lier. What kind of brand is this. Your employees need some real work. Sad to say but I will be moving away from the carhartt brand due to DELANEY and her crew I came in contact with today. 0/100 would recommend this store and it’s employees"
