"When they gave me the coffee the lid was not closed properly. When I reached my car, the whole coffee spilled on the car seat. Went in there to get a nice coffee on a cold day, but ended up having to clean of the whole spilled coffee and have to spend more money to get the stain of my car seat. Thank you!!"
