"Slowest Starbucks I have ever been too. I have to go to this one when i stay with my boyfriend /: the parking lot & drive thru situation is the worst."

"Starbucks is Starbucks, the food and drink is mid af. Kind people but doesn’t seem very well managed, especially in the latter half of the day. Often inconstancies in service, long wait times, etc. Parking lot is laid out poorly. Baristas are often stressed out completing orders so they aren’t always the nicest/most helpful. Prices go up every few months, and are super ridiculous now. Just make coffee at home, save your time and money."

"I've definitely had better service at other Starbucks. The cashier was pleasant but the person placing the drinks down after they'd been made wasn't nice at all. My wife got her drink a few minutes later my order came up. (Not sure why drinks of the same order aren't coming out back-to-back instead of having other orders being made and placed on the pick-up counter between my wife's drink and my drink). The person mumbled the order out, it sounded like she said my name. When I walked up to confirm with her, she rudely said "it's on the tag" which was covered by sleeve so it couldn't be read without taking the sleeve off. She literally just set the drink down and couldn't be pleasant."

"Parking lot is a bit dysfunctional w/ the painted drive-thru line & the entrance not meshing. To actually enter the drive-thru line & not block traffic you'll have to pass the building & enter another business' parking lot & cut over via ajoining parking area. Usually I get a mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino & there will sometimes be pieces of ice in it, most times I have to wait 5 to 10 min to be able to drink any frozen coffees or frappes. Taste is good but price is high. I've never been inside but the drive-thru employees have always been nice & if you have a dog you can ask for a "pup cup" which is a small cup filled w/ whipped cream."

"Coffee was good, but the service was not great. The person working the drive thru was hustling, but the two gentlemen working the front counter seemed more concerned with whispering to each other than making drinks."
