"Just a regular Starbucks. Very quick service at this location. I took a drive thru coffee and croissant. They got the order very accurate. The line was moving too fast as well. I deducted 1 star because the entry to the drive thru is very confusing and may cause accident if it’s dark. Otherwise great overall"
"Fix your equipment! I stopped going there because they couldn't give a receipt. After at least a month, out of convenience, I stopped there this morning, guess what, still can't get a receipt. I'm done with this location and about to be done with Starbucks altogether."
"Always good. This location is always busy right in the mist of the main shopping area on mall road in Florence, Kentucky. The service is is always pleasant and the staff is friendly. The only complaint about this location is accessible of the drive through one has to circle the building and the went existing it is only a one way turn which will take you away from the shopping centers in the area."
