"I went to the Florence mall location on Monday evening and the two girls working were so kind and helpful. I was greeted instantly and helped by both of them. The store was clean and displayed wonderfully with I was able to get the teacher discount and get some great stuff the upcoming school year."

"I love love love this store. The only reason for the 4 stars is the hours aren't very convenient. The mall stays open til 9 but y'all close at 7. I am a spender here with my Maurice's private label and I've been here three times at 730 and extremely upset and quite suprised that this store closes so early I work 9 6 sometimes longer. Not to mention Friday u still are closed at 7!!!!You guys are missing out on a lot of business with these hours!!! It's not just me that is trying to walk in after u are closed either. Can I please get until at least 8???? Thank you!"

"I ordered a pair of leggings and was told I would receive an email with my tracking information which I did not I did make sure to get my paper receipt though. I was told it should take no more than 8 days for the leggings to arrive. 2 weeks go by and I still have not received them so I call the store they tell me they can’t help me I have to call another number. I call the number they gave me and asked about my order the lady I was talking to finally got back to me only to tell me my order was forgotten about and had been shipped to the wrong location and was sitting in a warehouse. She made me repay for the leggings after she refunded me my money for some reason and offered me 20% off my next order. I will not be ordering or shopping here again I ordered the leggings for work 3 weeks ago and still don’t have them and now I’m out 40 dollars until my refund hits in 5 business days. Worst customer service and just unprofessional place I’ve shopped at! Don’t order from here"

"maurices is my favorite place to shop. Sadly this Florence, KY location gets 2 stars. The fitting rooms were GROSS. The 2 stars come from the friendly service and the store was neatly stocked."
