"First time coming here and I dropped off a big box and I am kinda disappointed. Mostly everything is in great condition and they only wanted the clothes with tags on them and offered pennies to the dollar for the items. But as I am waiting and shopping around, the kids clothes for sale are worn out, faded, and full of pilling. I didn’t even find anything even remotely close to as nice as I was trying to sell back to them. But that’s ok the rest they didn’t want will go to Hopes closet that I saw on my way driving home. They offer .50cents for an item of clothing but sell it back on the shelf for 4 or 5 dollars. If that’s what you are into by all means. I have found better brand new clothes for sale in the store than the used ones in here."
"The employees are rude and awkward and when you bring items in to sell they seem like they don't want to be bothered and offer barely anything for very nice clothing and toys, I had matching T- shirts and shorts sets and they only took the shirts and these were in very nice condition, I definitely recommend Once upon a child they're staff is super friendly and very helpful and actually appreciate what you bring to them"
"This staff is rude I would never step foot here again..They are over priced for stuff that is used and they watch your every move as if someone to steal used items..I walked in December 22,2022 at 7:20pm just to look I had never been and I walked in and there were three young ladies gossiping and giving me nasty stares as I just walked through the store they started following me. I felt really uncomfortable as I walked through the store with them watching me.. There we're people that came in after me that were white and they greeted them with smiles... I just left out and won't ever return"
