"I went in to several stores at the Fairfield commons mall, and the only customer service associate that greeted me was at Aeropostale. She was smiling. She said hello she told me about the sales in the store. She was very positive. She spoke to everyone that came in the store. I went to American Eagle, Aerie,, Macy’s, H&M, and rose and Remington, and not one sales associate spoke to me or acknowledged my presence, even though they were not busy and they had made eye contact with me. Therefore, Aeropostale was the only store I spent any money at. Because the sales associate made me feel comfortable, and I spent more time in that store. Kudos to Aeropostale for Hiring someone that represents your brand positively."

"Pretty nice store in the mall, good selection of clothes for men and women. Aéropostale stores seem to always have good sales going on in the back of the store which is good to know for anyone looking to find cheaper clothes. Tip: I would recommend shopping here and looking at their sales if you are on a budget for decent clothes."

"Standing outside right now because the cashier has passed 15 minutes trying to ring up our order, then return it because the $5 she was supposed to give my girlfriend in cash keeps coming off the debit card instead. I've had time to write this review after waiting and my girlfriend is still inside. She is also not even aware that it's going to take 2 weeks to get her money back."

"I had a great customer service experience today. I brought my daughters in, aged 11 and 14, to buy clothes. I need help finding jeans to fit my 11-year-old, and we needed help finding sizes in various other items. Amy, who I believe is a manager, was absolutely phenomenal. She was so patient and helpful. We ended up finding everything we needed without breaking the bank.We are very appreciative. Thank you, Amy!"
