"Went here yesterday with my grandma to get her hair cut in the salon. The lady there was so sweet and chatted with my grandma while doing her hair. She was smiling and having a great time (both of them)! I ended up buying some nail polish and leave in conditioner (they have some 10% coupons laying out on the front desk I used for those.) My grandma worked for this JCPenney's for over 40 years so I'm quite familiar with it! Staff here is great! Nice organized store with huge selection of everything you need. I love the home collection here and the lamp department! They've always got a great clearance shoe section! Check them out!"

"Great selection of clothes for the whole family. Really nice quality merchandise to choose from. Would lots of different brands to choose from. Staff was helpful, friendly and got me the answers I was looking for quickly and efficiently. It's definitely a location where I'm going to shop that again."

"A sad atmosphere, seems to be only three retail clerks for the entire store. Inventory shows considerable depletion and some disarray. The store is quite clean and well lit and what staff was there was cordial and engaging. The selection of dresses was better than Macy's in the same mall."

"I love the store. I love the assortment of clothing. I am handicapped. This store does not provide wheelchairs, or electric carts. I struggled shopping, for two young grandchildren. One is 8 and the other 13yrs old. I had to hold myself up, on a shopping cart. Which they ,don't have but 4, of those. Not a good experience."
