"I went with my friend whose wedding is in a few weeks to get fitted for a suit and the guy who tried to “help” us was as rude as all get out. He scoffed at us when we did not know the differences between the suits and bossed us around as though we were idiots and I tried to be courteous to him and give him the benefit of the doubt, perhaps he was having a hard day, but I walked out after we decided to not do business there. I would not recommend this establishment unless the gentlemen changed his demeanor toward customers who are willing to pay a steep price to rent their tuxedoes and suits."

He was very helpful, super friendly and knowledgeable about patterns, accessories etc. I've been going to Price Stores since it was in Downtown Dayton. The drive drive there is a little longer now but the customer service definitely makes up for it..Thanks again Tony!"

"I was not very impressed or happy with our service. My husband rented his suit from them. He went 6 months before the wedding to fitted and pick his suit. When he went to pick it up, they had ordered the wrong color. They then had to scrounge up a suit that did not fit him well but we made do with what they had. The staff seemed very irritated with us and like we were a bother when asking for help. I will say that the store seemed very clean, the young lady working the front desk was very sweet and helpful, and the suits seemed well organized on the racks. Needless to say, we will not be returning for future events."
