"I love Loralei's! I have gotten everything from a pair of pajamas to a formal dress here, and I *always* leave with treasures! The staff is lovely, especially the new owner, Suzanne! I love getting good quality clothing for a great price, and I love that because those great clothes are gently used, it's better for the environment! We are so lucky to have this gem in our community... you HAVE to check them out!"
"Have stopped here on several trips thru Dayton. Have only purchased items twice. The items offered are good quality but seem high for consignment prices. Was there 30 minutes before closing on a Saturday and the employees were already cleaning up, turning off the A/C, and seemed irritated customers were still present. I've never felt especially welcomed as a customer."
"Lovely store. Large variety. Labeled well. Prices were fair and the sales associate was very kind and helpful. Only things I would personally change: the low lighting in the changing room and the loud Christmas music. Definitely worth visiting this store."
"Tried selling, but was rudely declined. Had a bag of Gucci and Tory Burch shoes. Before asking what I had in the bag, I was told everything had to be on hangers….guess what? I had shoes. Wow….talk about horrible communication to a potential seller and customer. Of course, I turned around and left. Don’t waste your time here. Nobody deserves to be treated the way I was today. First impressions mean a lot. Tone and manner speak volumes. The insensitive tone of the clerk seemed to be second nature to her. I was reprimanded before I had both feet in the door, and it while she was finishing up a sale with another customer! I drove to this store today hoping to gain a relationship with a local business. Wow….was I ever disappointed! Why would I reach out? Opportunity lost."
