"Zero customer service. I was the only one in store. Girl never smiled, nor was interested in any conversation. When I thanked her after the sale, she just said "yep". The other sales lady just looked at me. No smile. I actually laughed at little at the absurdity. Please work on your people skills folks!"

"Am tired of signing up for raffles then they change dates or they give are raffles to out of towner or they give them to some one who never signed up horrible store shady stuff going on they need to bring back Jim atleast I feel like I had a chance never shopping there again I have signed up for the retro 11 highs and lows never win hows that me and my wife sign up finish line please tell me how this keeps happening"

"Ordered a pair of champion slides from finish line (online store) unfortunately they were 1 size to small. Called up the Richmond store in the mall, (they didnt have the size I needed in-stock) but told me to bring em in and they would return and mail out the size I needed. The girl in there was super nice & very helpful, told me they should arrive to my house in approximately 3 days,( they got there in 2), they fit great and also while I was in the store, the selection of Jordan's and outfits, champion hoodies are absolutely killin it. I will DEFINITELY BE BACK to pick up some J's and couple hoodies. Thank you for the great service FINISH LINE."
