"The morning staff is amazing! My drink is always perfect and they’re always very kind. I went this afternoon my drink was made wrong. The baristas who were fixing talked amongst each other and laughed while making my replacement drink. They were just going to slap cold foam on the drink they had already made. I had to tell them to make a new one. Then they made it exactly how they made the first one. Very thin and barely and cold foam. Also, she just sat it on the counter and didn’t say anything like how rude! I tried to call, but I couldn’t get through it saying that they’re busy, but I was literally just there and they’re not busy. This is the Starbucks I go to the most I literally spend around $400 a month here (don’t judge me lol) so this makes me pretty upset but I’ve summed it up to just don’t go in the afternoon or evening. If you live near downtown Willoughby, just go to the one on Reynolds in the pm. They usually do good all day. Also, Ben the manager is really nice and the staff is cool too."
