"I absolutely adore the atmosphere at The Brew House downtown; it holds a special place in my heart. The staff was prompt in bringing my drink and sandwich to the table, allowing me to settle in and catch up on some early morning work. However, I must admit that my experience was hampered by the slow Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, I found myself frequently encountering the frustrating ⌛️ symbol while attempting to work. Consequently, I had to cut my visit short as soon as I finished my meal and drink. Despite this setback, I appreciate the ambiance and overall hospitality at The Brew House. In fact, I'm already planning to return next month to host a team morning meeting. With a bit of improvement in their Wi-Fi speed, it will undoubtedly be the perfect spot for our gathering. I sincerely hope they address this issue, as it would greatly enhance the overall experience for their customers."

"Food, simple but very tasty. Desserts soft, creamy and savory. Coffee was the best part (being a Coffee shop I'd hope so). The caffeine is just the right amount to perk you up. The taste is light yet complex. The staff were very kind and willing to be helpful."

"*Update: I gave a 4 star review but per the owner’s response, my honest review is “not kind.” You deserve a 2 star for subpar customer service although I really liked the coffee. Stopped by during opening day. This coffee shop is a great addition to downtown Toledo. The vintage interior and atmosphere are ideal to sit and enjoy coffee and study, work. Pros: -Iced latte is 10/10 -Lots of sitting areas even for a large group -Variety of food options aside from coffee Could improve: - I stopped by at 3:30PM and they already had ran out of nitro, vanilla syrup, lids but closing is at 9PM? -The male barista was not friendly…and it’s only the first day? Happy baristas make a successful coffee shop!"
