"The food tastes awful...the service is awful. Orders are never right we are always missing food. When you walk inside it takes FOREVER to get anyone to acknowledge you. However, a positive, they do give you the food they forgot to give you to begin with. The manager was very nice and helpful last time but it is just a pain to have to have to go back and wait longer than you already waited."

"This McDonald's service is slow and unsatisfactory. I entered a mobile order and arrived after I was notified it was ready. When I arrived my order was not ready. Notified the service counter personnel and they started to build my order. They placed a bag with my quarter pounder on the counter along with a drink. The staff left without placing the fries in my bag. Continued to wait for a few more minutes until the staff returned to the counter with another order. I notified them that I needed the fries to complete my order. The staff placed a small fry in my bag despite the fact I ordered a medium meal. At this point my drink was then confiscated by another customer. I then asked for a Dr Pepper to complete the order at the staff placed a random drink sitting at the counter towards me. When I return to my workplace (500 ft down the road) and my sandwich was cold and the drink was not Dr Pepper."

"I cannot think of a worse experience I've had at a business. The food was requested as plain and was not received as such. The husband requested a replacement and it came back still not plain and the wrong item all together. The facility was ice cold which I understand the back area can get super warm so I'll give them a pass on that. The dining room tables were dirty and my husband had to request something to clean them."

"This McDonalds gets worse every year. At my last visit, the wait was more than 20 minutes, the sandwiches looked disgusting with dirty greasy boxes, and the fries were stale. Also, the guy at the pickup window had no idea what I ordered when I got there, took my receipt and was gone for several minutes, and STILL tried to give me someone else's food. There's always trash in the parking lot too. My last order was my final order. I'm never coming here again."

"For a busy understaffed location they do a great job. Odd there is no soda fountain machine in the lobby area but they must have their reasons."
