"I went through the drive through, paid for my order, and didn’t receive a receipt. I asked if everything was in the bag and he had said yes. They felt a little light and I should have known then I was missing part of my order. I got home and passed out the food when I realized I was missing an entire combo meal. I called and ofcoarse the wanted a receipt I never received. I showed up and the girl who packed my order was literally calling me a liar in front of the person getting my order which was very unprofessional in my opinion. She stated everything was in my order. She gave me the combo meal. I won’t bother to call back about the burger and fries they ALSO missed and now I’m out the money for it. This is one of many bad experiences I’ve had from this location over the last 6 months. A few months back I ordered jr. bacon cheeseburgers and I literally received buns with nothing on them. I refuse to return to this location."

"Me and my coworker came to dine in last week. We had to take down a few houses worth of Christmas decorations for our clients and it was a day of freezing rain. The wonderful woman behind the counter not only was incredibly kind but genuinely curious about our work and why we were soaking wet whiners. We sat down with our food and because I got fresh fries and my friend didn't, he insisted his were fine and didn't want the nice woman to trouble herself, the worker brought him out piping hot fries to replace his and insisted he eat them and not the "old" ones. I wish I had caught her name. I will make sure I go and make sure I call corporate to compliment her. Work ethic outstanding, her care for the company image and customers is enoughof a reason."

"I know it’s closing time around 1145 but still unacceptable . Whoever was working 12/12 - closed at 12 am 12/13 should be talked too. My fries were freezing cold , my gf paid 7$ for a burger that had a brick bottom piece for bread she ate a bottomless sandwich & looks like they threw the worst pieces of veggies on each burger basically the ends of the lettuce and tomato. Could have left it off. If it was the inner city I could understand but this is in holland/sylvania area and these prices are going up every few months here I just feel like when closing be considerate this could be someone’s first meal of the day because they too had to work. Wendy’s disappointed me today"

"Attention Owner or Corporate: Your employees are most likely robing you blind. Last 3 evenings was told they only take cash. In a society that is trending cashless I highly doubt card system would be down that long. Almost every car was driving thru with no order because no one carries cash. cashier every time was a white thin female with a southern drawl and bad teeth. A few days earlier went to go through the drive-thru and the lights were off at like 10pm so went to the speaker anyway and the same cashier says her "system is down for 5 minutes" and to pull into a parking space and she'll tell me when its "back up" so I did and then here she comes from the BP gas next door. So I'm sure its your policy to shut down the store to shop at BP while customers have to wait. Also they are always out of something, they were out of CO2 for like 3 days so nice dry meals without drinks. About 1 in 10 are there any baked potatoes. To be the highest priced chain you have to have better food and service, this location has neither. I'm done with this location for good !"

"This location has made a drastic decline in customers and sales within the past 6-8 months. However within the past few weeks, I've tried ordering through the app and through the drive thru and every time they told me they was closed. I was given long some believable some bizarre excuses as to why they are closed. "IF" And that's a big "IF" you are actually able to place an order here thru the app or drive thru and you ACTUALLY get it, it's either old nasty unedible or raw. They really need to relieve all staff and start over before they whoever owns this place loses their business for reasons like this."
