"The Beirut catered our wedding and everything was phenomenal! Nas was so professional and easy to communicate and work with. Our guests are still raving about the quality of the appetizers and main course we served. Thank you so much! We highly recommend!"
"I've been coming to this place for years. I have church outings and birthday gatherings here. I've never had a bad experience. However, yesterday was not good. I ordered hummus and 6 spinach pies. I live 15 minutes away, so I picked up my food on the way to my grocery store pick up. I sat down to eat and noticed my spinach pies were very burnt. I contacted them and they were not apologetic at all. I was told to bring them back. I was going to wait until the next day because I didn't want to Come back, but I took pictures and sent them to someone there. Then tried eating one, but couldn't deal with the taste. I came back and the lady took the burnt pies and brought me new ones still without an apology. It's very sad, but I guess it's life. Good customer service is hit or miss at this place. The lady was more worried about flirting with someone instead of doing her job."
"Ive recently gotten into Mediterranean food. When I heard this location had a stone oven to bake puffy bread I was excited to try out their food. I did a takeout order, and when I called I found out that the puffy bread is only baked at random times. There is no consistency as to when they'll have it. It seems like if it's a full moon and happens to be a leap year next year and your a sagittarius then you might get it...but you also need to know the secret handshake:-). The tip she gave me was to call ahead to find out if they can make it that day. As for what I ordered I got the chicken shawarma and it was ok. Chicken was a bit dry and the side of pita bread with garlic sauce that cost 4 dollars included a 2 oz ramikin of it. Was a very small portion. Overall I was really let down with the food. The baklava was pretty good, but that is brought in from Dearborn each Thursday. For the prices they charged I expected more. Highly recommend trying la pita in Dearborn if you get up that way. I'm Toledo byblos is decent, as is the point stop party store. He gets his food every day fresh from Dearborn. They have a nice location and the staff seemed friendly, but I don't think I'll be back."
"INCREDIBLE service. DELICIOUS food. FUN place to eat. AMAZING atmosphere!!! My wife and I were in town to see my family. This is the second time we have eaten at the Beirut. Both times has been perfect! Every single thing we ordered was delicious! We had about 10 appetizers. I should have stopped there…. But of course didn’t! I had the double order of Shish Kabobs. The meat was like butter. It melted in my mouth. My wife had the Beirut Beef Tips. Mmm!!! The desserts were also delicious. I would HIGHLY recommend the Beirut. I guarantee you will be happy you went!!!"
