"It’s a very hit or Miss place, we’d go through the drive thru and get a good drink, or they botch it and give us a whole other drink. Or when they give you your drink, and the lids not properly on all the way and it drips everywhere. Cause that just happened, my drink wasn’t full secure and it went everywhere, and when we asked for napkins, 1 singular napkin. How rude is that? I’ve never ever been this stressed out and upset at a Starbucks."
