Arby's

"Never again will I ever step foot in this Arby’s again, and I definitely am calling corporate. Worst experience I’ve ever had in a fast food business. First off the order I came in four was a replacement order to begin with. But as I come in to get the order replaced the first thing I’m greeted with is an angry attitude then, because my order is specific because that’s why people eat out they like their food how they like, but because my food was specific, I got the smack of the teeth, the role of the eyes the ignorant attitude, just because I paid for my food to be a certain way, and I expect my food to be a certain way well the replace order that I came to get replaced was actually made wrong again and on top of that it was the sloppiest food, the most disgusting looking servings, and made sandwiches I’ve ever seen like no kind of respect for the customers at all. Still got the order messed up and somehow still did not get my cheese sauce nor did I get my red ranch but I felt like if I was standing at the counter, asking her, I was gonna get spit in my food."

"Haven't been to Arby's in awhile and they answered my questions that I had. The 2 ladies were amazing, kind and helpful. Food was really good and hot."

"I was unable to give a review with the QR code, but I wish I got the name of the woman who took my order and gave me my food! She was under visible stress with a line of cars, anger customer infront of me, and employees talking wild in the background. She was so sweet, quick, and took her time to check my bag and make sure everything was there. Shout out to her!!"

"General fast food place. It was clean and the employees were nice. My daughter loves the classic roast beef so we buy her one once in a while for a treat when we are out. I do like that they offer more condiments than most. They even have honey mustard for your fries."

"I was visiting the USA for 2 weeks from South Africa and Arby's quickly became a favourite. The 5 meat sandwich was great but a little on the pricey side compared to the average fast food in the USA - definitely a good burger nonetheless. I will return to the USA and will continue to get my dose of curly fries from the menu"
