"The coffee is always cold, luke warm at best. This has been going on for over a year now and the employees do not care. Maybe the equipment is broken? The carafes do not keep the coffee warm at all. Boycott Panera Bread."
"The past few times I have been to my local Panera, on abbe rd. In sheffield village, you have to wait for someone to show up to take care of you. I only go to their bakery. I have noticed how dry their pastry is. By the second day of my purchase, I wish I had not gone there. The pastry is not cheap and it makes me question if they get it shipped in and it sits around till sold."
"I come in for coffees every now and then, and occasionally get my order registered by cashier Allen when he’s on shift. Suffice to say, it is always wonderful to be greeted by Allen. He always makes my day when I come to visit. Overall wonderful experience."
"I ordered a simple bowl of chicken and wild rice soup from the drive theu. I wanted and waited and watched the video editing some goofing off. I was finally noticed filming and handed my order. Which was not my order! I just had oral surgery and was looking to enjoy just about the only thing I could eat. Guess who's going hungry? I couldn't eat what they gave me. I will be going back to the store tomorrow and showing my video to the manager. I have never seem such blatant disregard for the job and the customer. It's my 3rd time I've waited in line and left without my order all 3 times!! P.s. I was the only person in the line!!"
"Online ordered the Mediterranean Veggie sandwich with modifications and got few correct. Asked for sauce on the side, didn't get any sauce, asked for cilantro, didn't get any, asked for no feta cheese, got feta all over. Unfortunately, I can't just pick feta off as it is crumbled. I am lactose intolerant and vegan, so I couldn't even eat the sandwich. On the brightside, the baguette was good."
