"I got shorted a double stack taco and since I was visiting I couldn't go back to get it dealt with. This is no different than the Taco Bell where the prices charged are not the prices listed on the menu board."

"Went there this evening and placed a inside order from a machine not a human. Specifically asked for no lettuce or tomato on a few tacos for my kid. Also ordered a 5.00 burrito to find out after I was home that I didn't get my burrito but got a soft taco supreme instead. I also had one angry kid to find that there was lettuce and tomato on both of his tacos. Very disappointed and when try calling up there no answer. Won't be going to that Taco Bell again"

The encounter I had with one of the employees was far from pleasant. From the moment I approached the drive window their attitude was dismissive and rude. They rolled their eyes, sighed audibly, and made me feel like a burden rather than a valued customer. It was disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. Furthermore, when I politely pointed out a mistake in my order, the employee's response was shockingly unapologetic. Instead of rectifying the error promptly, they huffed and puffed, displaying a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I believe that every customer deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the circumstances. My experience at Taco Bell fell far below these expectations, leaving me with a bitter taste in my mouth, both figuratively and literally. I hope this feedback serves as a reminder for Taco Bell to invest in proper training and customer service skills for their employees. It is crucial for the reputation of the establishment and the overall satisfaction of their patrons."

"I came thru 15 minutes ago ordered nacho belle grande, I got no meat, a clump of refried beans barely cheese and miniature portion with drink for $8.50. When I called to complain someone picked up the phone and hung up on me 3 times!!!"
