"Very friendly in person. However, their office is a joke. Simply put, I have Tricare Prime; they have to submit a letter for authorization to perform surgery. Supposedly they submitted a letter a few weeks after my appointment last spring. I called a couple months later, knowing it takes 4-6 weeks to get a response at time from Tricare. Where it shows that they "sent it out", but yet I never received the copy that I was suppose to get. So they put in to have it re-submitted. A month later, I received a copy of the request to Tricare... the information was incorrect!!! To top it off, Tricare has no received anything from them. Tricare may be hard to get things approved, but they're very thorough with their documents and letters. I quit with this office, and will be taking my business elsewhere. Apparently he didn't care to continue with my case."
